As part of our ongoing maintenance work at the King Street Wharf we are called upon to solve complex plumbing issues. We added a new sea water manifold for sea water condenser water. (Suction & Discharge lines). Proving Pro Point Group has the knowledge and resources to assist both corporate and government plumbing projects.
Below are some pictures of our project for the NSW Children’s Court House in Surry Hills. This project required the use of Rheem split Solar gas boosted hot water system, which included roof top solar panels.
Pro Point Group redesigned and relocated the entire hot water plant from the 14th floor to the roof top of the Pullman Hotel Circular Quay. Providing much needed space on the 14th floor.
Pro Point Group recently had the opportunity to be involved in the development of the newly built Garcon Cafe at Tramsheds Harold Park, one of Sydney’s most dynamic food destinations.
The works carried out by Pro Point Group helped transform the blank space into a modern style cafe and eatery by installing trade waste and sewer lines, hot and cold water supply, commercial gas supply with metering, and fit out and commissioning.

We have had the pleasure of carrying out an upgrade to the condenser water system at the Park Hyatt Sydney Hotel.
Westmead Hospital Aged Care facility.
Pro Point Group carried out a new hot water system installation from an internal plant room that was linked with the heating system. We were able to divert and split the new system outside to put less strain on the heating system.
Sandalwood Apartments Strathfield.
Pro Point Group carried out a hot water plant room refurb to update the system and make it more energy efficient on gas, water and electricity.
